For reasons related to the growing requirements of cargo and transport security, SEABRIDGE Transport GmbH has registered as a Regulated Agent and has reached the status of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator - DE AEOF 100807 – the European equivalent of the US American C-TPAT program).

SEABRIDGE operates in accordance with the currently valid version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp)(German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions). The ADSp can be downloaded from the Internet site www.seabridge.de > Qualitymanagement >.

Seabridge Transport GmbH (Seabridge) is a supplier of individual logistic solutions for the freight service business, focussing on international transportation and warehousing/distribution services. In 2008 (2007) the company generated revenues of Euro 28.7 million (Euro 28.9 million), employing on average 46 (47) employees.

Currently, we assess Seabridge’s corporate credit rating BBB-. In comparison with the overall industry, we assess Seabridge as above average. Despite the still uncertain outlook for the overall logistics industry, we expect Seabridge’s rating to remain stable in the next twelve months, based on the large financial reserves and high flexibility of the organisation.

Seabridge has a good equity base. The company’s leverage ratios (net debt/ebitda) are still on a good level. Furthermore the company has a good financial flexibility to offset an expected moderate business performance in 2010.
